A 12 Lead ECG Simulator that provides a complete PQRST waveform at all rates, ECG and square wave outputs, six preset rates, and LED QRS indicator. The Model 640 comes with a high-level output (0-2 volts).

The Model 640 12 Lead ECG Simulator provides a complete PQRST waveform with six preset rates to select including (60, 75, 100, 120, 150 and 200). Six preset amplitude levels to select including (0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 5.0 mV). Powered by a 9-volt battery with an approximate battery life of 500 hours with a low battery life indicator. Output connectors are 5 ECG snap plus 10 banana jacks. Output impedance is less than 150 ohms. The Model 640 comes with a high-level output (0-2 volts).

All simulators and function generators are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (excluding batteries). Seller will repair or replace (at Seller's option) any simulator or generator which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Permission must be obtained from Seller before returning any instrument. In no event shall the Seller be liable for consequential or special damages of any kind. Under no circumstances shall this instrument be used in a life support application.
